COMPANY INFORMATION

Nova Matrix Inc. is a California S-Type Corporation. It is a private company that offers portals for a vast majority of services.  Nova Matrix was conceived in 1997, it was registered in the County San Diego as a fictitious business name. It was not until 2005 that Nova Matrix was then incorporated. A name was needed  when a business venture was attempting to set up a Kiosk at local mall.  It was decided that the name must not limit or label the company. The focus of Nova Matrix was to umbrella all  ideas and goals under one company.

EXECUTIVE BIO 

Frederick Masecampo has achieved many goals since he came to California. In 1995, he moved from New Jersey to California, part of his quote was ," I hate the east coast, it's gloomy, there's only 3 months of sun, to many toll booths, the college's feel like your inside a prison ...." , he goes on and on.  He came to San Diego to pursue a new life and continue his education.  He graduated from Coleman College with c computer science degree and landed a job at  Real Estate Appraisal Firm.

After working at the Real Estate Appraisal Firm as a computer technician, he went on to work for an Internet Marketing company called Executive Web.  This company was paying five times less than the previous employer; However, he still took the job.  There is a saying, "Sometimes you have to take a step back to make a leap forward." That is exactly Frederick did.  This company was involved in all things web.  He felt by working for this company he could learn all the aspects of eCommerce, Internet Marketing, computer programming, and that is exactly what he did.

He then worked for MC Direct as Unix programmer developing email marketing tools for high profile clients. The knowledge gained  gave him more confidence to formulate his business plan. During this time he decided to do part time work for Enternet Inc. as a web marketing consultant, as of today he currently is the eCommerce manager. 

Ironically, he met a Real Estate Appraiser that needed help in networking his computer system. Frederick set up his network connection and saw on the monitors appraisal software programs and told the appraiser that he is familiar with those programs because he worked on them from a previous employer. That day Platinum Appraisals took Frederick Masecampo as an apprentice.

While working as a programmer and performing Internet Marketing duties he was gaining hours performing as a Real Estate Appraisals. As the years went by, he was able to achieve over 3,500 hours of appraisal work and is currently waiting to take the appraisal exam. His goals are to achieve a Level 3 appraiser which is Certified Residential.  After which he intends to pursue a Real Estate license to be able to perform loans, buy and sell real estate.

Frederick Masecampo believes in another saying, " A man is not judged by his words, but by his actions.". He has ranked websites in top 10 position in Yahoo and Google. Upon request he can provide a list of domains and keyword phrases to show evidence of his achievements. As a main example, asontv.com, is ranked #2 on Yahoo and #2 on Google for the key phrase "as seen on tv", including over 450+ products in the top 10 in both search engines.
