AMEX AUTO REPAIRS
I had two of my automobiles serviced at Amex. Each time I received excellent service. What I mean by service is Mike, after performing his diagnostics explained to me and showed me, problems on my vehicles that were serious issues and I was surprised that other mechanics who recently worked on my cars never addressed them. For example, the brake line on my Ford Explorer was twisted and this was not good news. The auto shop I had my car worked on , treated me as though I was on a factory line, did the work on my vehicle, and rushed me only after they got their fee. It is clear that the previous mechanic did not do a through job. Also, some auto shops do not make it easy to speak to the mechanic, you have to be funneled to a sales rep. who MOST LIKELY will not work on your car. So, when you have a question, the sales rep answers you by reading a report some the mechanic and bases his answer on thast, not with a physical inspection. These are my experiences, and I am sure they are not typical. I am pleased to say that I am satisfied with Amex. Mike on the other hand explains to me, educates me on what he will do to my vehicles. Ever since I had Mike work on my cars, I have not had any engine problems. The key to Mike award is due to the fact of customer interaction, I did not fell like just another customer who did matter. He left me feeling confident that I was in good hands even if I did not know anything about cars. |
